1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Pikari ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated byCode Your Reality, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pikari delivers personalized, curated startup ideas, including validation scores, monetization paths, and MVP roadmaps, based on information you provide about your skills, budget, and time. Some features are available only to paid subscribers, as described on our Pricing page.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive 7 days of free access to Dreamer-level features from the date of signup. No payment method is required to start the free trial. After the trial period ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans (Dreamer, Innovator, Visionary, and other tiers as published on our Pricing page) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our billing partner, RevenueCat, using Stripe as the payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply to future billing cycles only.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period — see our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its content; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (d) share your account credentials with others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including the startup ideas, scoring methodology, and underlying software, are owned by Code Your Reality or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Startup ideas are provided for your personal or business use; we do not claim ownership over businesses you build based on them, but you may not resell or redistribute our idea content as a standalone product.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service, including all startup ideas, validation scores, and roadmaps, is provided "as is" and "as available" for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that any idea will be successful, profitable, or suitable for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for any business, financial, or legal decisions you make based on content from the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Your Realityshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
